ONN does not permit a balanced transfer of the vehicle. The customer can pay off the entire amount to ONN and post that he can transfer the vehicle. The customer has to ensure that the transfer is done by him and the security deposit won’t be adjusted in this case, and the transfer will not be assisted by ONN Bikes.
